What goes into my pricing?

Time

My experience as an artist and the time it will take me to produce artwork
The time it will take me to research the subject and complete the initial consultation
My initial sketch and any further revisions of the initial sketch until a final composition and outline are agreed upon
If the commission is an urgent request (within 2 weeks) there will be an additional charge as I will have to prioritise your project above other commitments

Resources

My equipment and materials that I use to produce artwork and the cost of maintaining them for any future use
I may need to source additional resources to complete the project if your project is uniquely specialised

How will the project be displayed and used?

Will I have permission to post the commission publicly on Instagram and my portfolio? This will help me advertise my business and potentially bring in more clients.
Will I be able to own the rights to the image to use for any products? If I create something that I think would also become a great print/product to sell or if you would have exclusive rights to the image created.
Am I illustrating for a personal use or for a business?

My average prices for personal use are:

A3 watercolour painting £150
A4 watercolour painting: £120
Digital Painting: £150
Denim Jacket Painting £120 (if a Jacket is provided)
Denim Jacket Painting £150 (If I have to source the Jacket)
Bleach T-shirt: £25 (If T-shirt is provided)
Bleach T-shirt: £30 (If I have to source the T-shirt)
Wedding Invitations: £250
Tattoo designs: £200

Prices are adjusted depending on the size and specifications of the project
